We're Eamon and Sara. Husband and wife. Parents. Both Army veterans. Both aggressively average athletes who've been in the Affiliate community for over a decade.

Sara started in 2011 on a remote base in Iraq. Eamon started in 2012 with a makeshift setup and YouTube tutorials. Through every phase of life since (deployments, kids, career changes, moves) the Box has been the constant. We know what a good Affiliate gives people, because it's what one gave us.

We also know what it costs the person running it. The owner is the coach, the front desk, the follow-ups, the marketing, and the books, usually all before noon. And in most Boxes there is a spouse or a partner keeping the business side moving between their own workouts. The software industry's answer? More dashboards to check and more subscriptions to forget about. Faceless software just wants your subscription. A community business deserves better than that.

So we built Outside The Box. It watches your members, catches the quiet fades before they turn into cancels, and writes the check-in in your voice. Then it hands the relationship back to you. We never wanted to automate the humanity out of an Affiliate. We wanted the opposite. Take the watching and the writing off your plate, so more of your hours go to the parts only you can do.

More time to coach. More time with the family. More time to grow your Affiliate. That's the point.
