Who We Are
Built by athletes, for Affiliate owners.
We're Eamon and Sara. Husband and wife. Parents. Both Army veterans. Both aggressively average athletes who've been in the Affiliate community for over a decade.
Sara started in 2011 on a remote base in Iraq. Eamon started in 2012 with a makeshift setup and YouTube tutorials. Through every phase of life (deployments, kids, career changes) fitness has been the constant.
We built Outside The Box because faceless software just wants your subscription. But a community-focused business like an Affiliate deserves better than that. Our goal is to take the best practices from the top operators in the industry and help you apply them with AI-powered software.

Does Fran message my members automatically?
No, and that's on purpose. Fran watches attendance, flags who's slipping, and writes the check-in text in your voice. You read it and send it from your own phone. Your members hear from their coach, not from software. We replace tasks, never the relationship.
What if I'm not on PushPress?
The gym features are built on PushPress today. If you run something else, reach out anyway. Integrations get prioritized by what Affiliate owners actually ask for, and the rest of the OS (briefs, leads, tasks, Fran) works regardless of your gym software.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, honestly. You connect PushPress with an API key from your dashboard, and your member health board fills in on the first sync. No data entry, no migration, no second system for your coaches to learn.
Is my member data safe?
Your PushPress data is pulled on demand and read-only. We don't keep a copy of your member database, and your API credentials are stored encrypted. Your members' info stays where it lives today.
What does it cost, and is there a free trial?
$299/mo, month to month. Your first two weeks are free: you connect PushPress and see your own member health board before you pay a cent, and the first charge only lands on day 15. Cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing, self-serve, no emails required.
