Who We Are
Built by athletes, for Affiliate owners.
We're Eamon and Sara. Husband and wife. Parents. Both Army veterans. Both aggressively average athletes who've been in the Affiliate community for over a decade.
Sara started in 2011 on a remote base in Iraq. Eamon started in 2012 with a makeshift setup and YouTube tutorials. Through every phase of life (deployments, kids, career changes) fitness has been the constant.
We built Outside The Box because faceless software just wants your subscription. A community business like an Affiliate deserves better. Our goal is to take what the best operators in this space do and help every owner apply them.
More time to coach. More time with the family. More time to grow your Affiliate. That's the point.
Straight answers
Does Fran message my members automatically?
No, and that's on purpose. Fran watches attendance, flags who's slipping, and writes the check-in text in your voice. You read it and send it from your own phone. Your members hear from their coach, not from software. We replace tasks, never the relationship.
What if I'm not on PushPress or Wodify?
PushPress connects with an API key in about a minute. Wodify connects the same way on plans that include API access. On anything else, including entry Wodify plans, Mindbody, or Zen Planner, you upload your member list instead and the board fills in from it. Briefs, leads, tasks, SOPs, and Fran work no matter what your gym runs.
What will I actually see during the free trial?
Everything, with your real data. Connect or upload on day one and your member board fills in. Most owners see their Save List the same day and send their first check-in from it. If it doesn't show you a single member worth texting, cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
